Valve Base Support
Valve Base Support is an annual service charged in advance, with capped support hours. An initial one week transition in period is required to establish your Valve service.

Rapid bug fixes and break-fix support when incidents, failures, or outages occur minimising disruption. We don’t just react, we implement strong CI/CD and Change/Release practices to reduce the risk of recurring issues and improve stability with every deployment.

Ad-hoc Q&A, guidance and advice, ongoing data platform monitoring and optimisation, minor tweaks to existing data platform, ingestion pipelines, reports and dashboards and small adjustments to configurations or settings.

Valve Minor Works
As an additional service you can add in Valve Minor Works which is a flexible on-demand minor works service (typically < 10 days' continuous effort), managed to a capped budget. Each minor works request is estimated and delivered on a time and materials basis.
